With the announcement of a 3rd lockdown, we wanted to give you an important update about our services and what we’re doing to continue operating while prioritising the safety of our clerks, your tenants and agents in your branches.
Following Government guidelines, we’re able to continue the necessary service of inventory inspections to ensure tenancies can keep moving.
To keep these inspections as covid compliant as possible our existing safety measures remain operational:
- Contactless key transfers
- Stringent sanitation processes
- Vacant property inspections (in the cases of the tenant being present, we will request that they wait in their vehicle or outside when possible)
