Kickstarting the industry

Week 1 of kick start. Speaking to many clients over the past week, since the government allowed the estate agent business to open their doors, and get people moving again, everyone seems to have risen to the challenge.

Much of the business will be to complete on sales and moves that should have gone ahead in the lockdown period, and then eyes to aggressive marketing to build a future pipeline of business

I would like to thank all our clients, who have worked with us during this lockdown period, to ensure that we moved people in and out of properties, with minimum issues arising.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS, that we carry out for many of you, continue to be on hold. The comments back from clients “it’s not business critical” . We understand that there are a good percentage of tenants out there that are cautious, and we take this on board and wait for the Coronavirus Alert Level to come down to about 2 if not 1 on the Nandos chilli pepper scale . If you do have some “Urgent necessary” inspections, then we are happy to assist.

Where most clients are running on skeleton staff, we are able to offer EXECUTIVE CHECK OUT REPORTS that calculates the dilapidation costs reducing your time management . Our staff have completed ALL the TDS courses and can assist in these delicate areas. Please call Dan or Michael for further information.

Thank you again for your support in our business, and we look forward to working with you as the road to recovery commences.
