We endeavour to continue the strong relationships that we have formed with our clientele and would like to reward our repeat loyal customers, with our new ‘Platinum combi Service’

For 15 years now, we have proudly offered the highest quality Inventory Reports, the most efficient bookings service, alongside the very best post-check out care and we can now offer all of this at less expense to yourself, with the ‘Platinum combi Service’

The concept is simple, offer the same great product and service we always have, however in a combination package, including an Inventory/Check in report, a Midterm Property Inspection and an Executive Check Out.

The full service will ensure that you can relax knowing that any issues that may occur during the tenancy are captured in a clear manner, which will stand up to any arbitration scheme, should the deposit go this far. The Executive Check Out will also advise on a recommended cost to seek from the deposit, as well as an advisory service after the check out being available, to put your mind at ease with any questions that you may have on the report or costings placed.

On top of this, you will have a Midterm Property Inspection included which are designed to nip any potential problems in the bud. Also, being a Platinum service member, all additional property inspections that you require during the tenancy are done so at a reduced rate for you.

Hinch Property Management is dedicated to ensuring the full process from Check In to Out is done so, smoothly, with minimal fuss to both Landlord and Tenant. The inventorying of a property should go almost unnoticed if done correctly and we hope that this package deal offers the complete service, with nothing else for you to worry about.

Minimal fuss does not mean a minimal relationship. We are will be building a bond and in-depth knowledge of your property to offer the support you need through the inventorying stages.

The combi service is sold ‘as is’ where you assume responsibility for your purchase.  In the event of Hinch PM being unable to complete an inspection included in the combi service due to factors out of our control, we will not be able to offer refunds.  Such factors may include a force majeure or circumstances changing with other parties involved with the tenancy which  inhibits or compromising Hinch PM carrying out the intended service
