A mid term inspection has been scheduled at your property
We require your confirmation before attending
As you are aware, the letting agency through which your property is let is obliged to carry out regular visits to the property on behalf of your Landlord.
These visits are to ensure there are no problems and to give you the opportunity to bring to our attention any areas of concern, so that the agent and landlord can action their resolution
We often find it more helpful if the tenant is present during these appointments, but should you have a prior commitment, we can use our management keys to enter into the property, if given consent
Please reply to the email or text with a confirmation of your attendance. We will not attend without confirmation. Should you not be able to do the day, we will contact you once a new date is available
Please keep in mind, when suggesting new dates or times, that our visiting hours are 9am-3pm, on weekdays. We cannot accommodate weekends
