A Warming Review For Hinch Inventory Clerk

It brings us incredible joy and pride as a company when tenants take the time to provide us with feedback when our Inventory Clerks go above and beyond their duties. Today, Shereen was brought to our attention because of her outstanding performance and passion to provide fantastic customer service out in the field.
Which is why we’re delighted to share this glowing piece of feedback from some very cold and thankful tenants.
I wanted to take the time to thank you for having such a wonderful, thorough and kind employee Shereen. She arrived on time and found us freezing in our new home in a foreign country and helped us turn our heat on and frankly be able to dethaw. It was 8 degrees in the house and we had been here in that temperature for five hours when she arrived.
She then performed her job of reporting and picture taking while continuing to be courteous and helpful answering our many questions.
At the end of her duties when she discovered we had no bedding/blankets/pillows, she went above and beyond by helping us to the store and patiently waited while we hurriedly grabbed our items and she helped us home so thankful that I could have cried. She really helped a stranger mom who was ill and couldn’t do it myself for my children.
I will sing your companies praises about your kind employees and great job they do. Please accept our gratitude and thank her again for us. She’s truly an angel.
