As landlords ourselves, we, the directors of the company, have devised a style of report which we feel categorically summarises the condition of a property at the time of the check in and check out visits. We have had first-hand experience of the difficulties that can arise when reports are inaccurate. It is this understanding that has led to our hundreds or letting agents relying on our reports for their inspections.
