MId-Term Inspection Clerk
Part-time and full-time positions available
Job Description
The position involves visiting rented properties during a tenancy to compile a quick overview report of the properties condition as well as capturing overview photos of the rooms and any major issues or damage in the property.
This also includes checking that tenants are respecting the property by not smoking, keeping pets or housing people who are not on the tenancy.
Once the property has been inspected, the report can then be compiled from home and emailed into our office.
