Our office team has expanded and developed with the growth of the company. All of our staff will be happy to deal with general enquiries- in addition, all the Hinch PM team have attended various industry training programmes to deal with specialist areas of our services.
As landlords ourselves, we, the directors of the company, have devised a style of report which we feel categorically summarises the condition of a property at the time of the check in and check out visits. We have had first-hand experience of the difficulties that can arise when reports are not accurate and it is this understanding that has led to our growing success.
We now work with 30 trained inventory clerks, so we will always have someone available for you. Our in house booking system helps to keep you up to date with all the bookings you make. We are open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm at weekends and can work outside of these hours.
