Hinch PM staff and clerks were treated to a special seminar last week from TDS Ambassador (and former Director of Customer Services) John King.

Many of us have been to the TDS Academy courses over the years, often led by John, and always very informative, engaging and of course entertaining. This time Hinch PM had an exclusive training session with the industry virtuoso, who talked through the importance of inventories in the tenancy process, and their key role in deposit disputes.

As we navigate through a fascinating time in the lettings industry, we are looking not only to provide the highest possible service levels, but also ensure our reports match the standards required from the deposit schemes. This helps us create reports which are “adjudication friendly”, which will lead to swift deposit disputes. Our technology and reporting methods are often updated to ensure these can be met.

We all benefited hugely from hearing from John’s insights and case studies from his vast industry experience. We are very grateful for John’s visit, and look forward to more in the future.
