In support of the Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust our team have set themselves the challenged to run a total of 250km over the month of May.
Whilst some of us are working remotely or furloughed, we also want to keep fit and healthy. Some of us are more used to the football and rugby pitch, or the gym, so we are embracing the benefits of running, with the massive bonus of now having a goal to raise funds and awareness for the NHS heroes.
We have set ourselves a target of £1 for each kilometer, which leaves us with the goal of raising £250 this month.
